The Tassajara Extra Virgin Olive Oil is so smooth and yummy that I think my daughter is sneaking it as a snack. We use it on salads, in pasta, and as a dipping sauce for bread. Thank you Gary and Kat for a wonderful product! Time to buy another bottle.

I have ordered this very special olive oil for many years directly from the family who independently own, grow, and hand pick only their own olives in California. I love this olive oil. I get it by the case. I have used it for years and my family loves it too. I always have to share it with them. As long as they continue to make I will continue to use it.
