The Tassajara Extra Virgin Olive Oil is so smooth and yummy that I think my daughter is sneaking it as a snack. We use it on salads, in pasta, and as a dipping sauce for bread. Thank you Gary and Kat for a wonderful product! Time to buy another bottle.
